If an Oregon Beach Vacations listing can be found at a lower total price elsewhere, we will beat the found price by 10% for consumers who book directly through our website. Please contact us by phone or email if you believe to have found inappropriate third party pricing.
Oregon Beach Vacations guarantees that our guests will have 24/7 emergency support during their rental period. If there is a maintenance issue affecting the livability of the rental property (e.g. plumbing issues, heating issues, rental access issues) Oregon Beach Vacations will direct maintenance out to the home within 2 hours of the initial call. During an emergency, in-unit guests can reach Oregon Beach Vacations at any hour of the day by calling our main number, 503-528-7480.
Oregon Beach Vacations guarantees that our guests will arrive to a clean property and have access to that property no later than 4:30 PM on their scheduled day of arrival. If the property is not properly cleaned by 4:30 PM Oregon Beach Vacations will rectify any cleaning issue. We will provide the customer with a voucher equal to the cleaning fee paid if the issue takes longer than 1 hour of cleaning to remedy. This voucher will be good toward a discount on any future reservation booked on OregonBeachVacations.com. If a guest checks in at 4:30 PM and finds that the house was not cleaned to industry standards, the guest can take advantage of this guarantee by reporting issues no later than noon on the day after arrival. The guest must allow Oregon Beach Vacations to correct cleaning issues during their stay in order to receive a voucher.
Oregon Beach Vacations guarantees that our guests will arrive to a well-maintained property. If there is a maintenance issue, Oregon Beach Vacations will strive to resolve the issue within 24 hours of the guest’s initial report. If we’re unable to resolve an issue, Oregon Beach Vacations will 1) offer to refund the guest according to industry standards, 2) offer to relocate the guest to a similar property at no additional cost, or 3) offer to refund the guest in full for any unused nights rent if they choose to depart. If the guest opts to be relocated and no similar properties are available, Oregon Beach Vacations will offer to split the cost difference with the guest at a higher value property of our choosing within the Oregon Beach Vacations rental program.
